Orders are made to order and dispatched within three working days, Monday to Friday, from our kitchen in India.
Metro deliveries typically arrive in two to three days; the rest of India in three to six. Every box travels in insulated packaging during warmer months.
returns
Because everything is fresh and perishable, we can't accept returns on opened boxes.
If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond repair, or simply wrong, write to us within 48 hours with a photograph and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, address, contact details and order history. Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout, we never see your card details.
Newsletter subscribers can leave at any time from the link in every email. We don't sell or share your data.
terms
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.
